Main Applications

• main applications in paper, board and some thicker materials, like pulp, corrugated
• especially suitable for difficult materials like black papers
• pilot PM, pilot BM, coating stations, glue stations, research projects, laboratory

• The MK30LP DUAL has two sensors. One can be located before the process, the other one after it. The software is able to display the moisture change directly. The SINGLE version has one sensor and can be upgraded to DUAL.

    • Paper and board: web measurements (single points and profiles)
    • Felts and textiles: web measurements
    • Pulp and corrugated products
    • Note papers and other special papers: roll quality control, sheet control
    • Black and strongly coloured papers and fibers are easy targets
    • Hot nip studies, coating anf glueing studies

The new MK30LP is designed for the lower end of moisture, e.g. pulp 1000 g/m2 max 30 % total
